The least, you can just install Absolute Nature and Structures because their performance impact is negligible. Be aware though that it's also kinda resource intensive, especially if you install thick/dense grass with Absolute Nature - but then again, you should install that mod without that option (it will allow you to select whether or not you want it during installation) if you want to keep the game running with high frame rate. Bring Call of Chernobyl to 2018- This is a reshade preset that in my opinion could increase immersion and graphic impact.
That will increase grass draw distance, so the terrain won't look that derpy anymore. Or just press r and scroll down until you find the option, press enter and type 250 (or whatever value you want - the default is 50). You can also open the console in game (with the ' button), and enter r_detail_radius 250 (with double _). Some people also like to use reshades (like this: ), but I'm personally not a big fan. It also has some buggy meshes, but I can help you with removing them from the game.
